Chef Ozzie was raised by her grandmother in England, who was also a chef. As a little girl, she spent hours in the kitchen with her Nana, learning how to prep, cook and bake. As an adult, Ozzie worked in the food industry, and later, learned to fine tune her skills by attending and earning a degree in the Culinary Arts Program at American River College, in Sacramento.
The idea of The Paisley Café, has been in the works for years, and we are so excited that it is finally becoming a reality. Our meals are always made from scratch using locally grown and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.
Chef Ozzie has eight children, and each of them have worked in the restaurant business in various roles. She also has two very spoiled dogs.
